Welcome to Moore. By purchasing a service or booking an appointment with me, you're agreeing to the terms below. Please read them before you begin.

Who I Am
Moore. is a career services business owned and operated by Denon Moore, offering resume writing, LinkedIn profile makeovers, and career consulting services.

Services Provided
I provide professional writing, editing, and consulting services related to resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and career strategy. I draw on my background in vocational rehabilitation, independent living counseling, and HR/hiring experience to help you present your strongest, most authentic professional story.

No Guarantee of Outcomes
While I bring real expertise and care to every project, I don't guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific employment outcomes. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, including the job market, employer decisions, and your own application activity. My commitment is to the quality, clarity, and strategy of the materials and guidance I provide — not to a specific result.

Client Responsibilities
My work is only as strong as the information I have to work with. You agree to provide accurate, honest, and complete information during intake and any consulting sessions. I'm not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Intellectual Property
Once a service is paid in full, all final deliverables (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn copy) become your property to use as you see fit. Drafts, working files, and any proprietary frameworks, templates, or methods I use in my process remain mine.

Confidentiality
Any personal, professional, or career history you share with me through intake forms or consulting sessions is kept confidential and used solely to provide your service. I don't share your information with third parties except as required to deliver the service itself (e.g., secure file storage).

Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase, as outlined on each service page. Once work has begun, services are non-refundable. Full details are available on my [Refund Policy] page.

Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as outlined on the service page. Revisions must relate to the original scope of the project; requests for substantially new work outside that scope may be billed separately.

Appointments & Scheduling
Strategy calls and consulting sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Limitation of Liability
My liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for that service. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of materials or advice I provide.

Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of my services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
