I started Moore. because I believe people of all backgrounds and abilities deserve to stand out. Too often, they don't — not because they weren't qualified, but because their resume didn't know how to say so. A gap here. A career pivot there. Ten years of experience that never made it onto paper in a way that felt believable. I've seen it a hundred times, and I know exactly what's underneath it: someone who's more than ready, just under-translated.

That's the work I do. I help you say what you actually mean — on paper, in an interview, and to yourself.

My background

Before Moore., I spent over a decade working in vocational rehabilitation and independent living counseling — helping people navigate real, complicated career transitions: disability, job loss, re-entry after time away from the workforce, total career reinvention. I didn't just coach people on resumes. I sat with them while they figured out who they were becoming next.

At the same time, I've spent 15+ years running my own business, which means I've also sat on the other side of the table — hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training. I know what makes a hiring manager keep reading and what makes them stop. I know the difference between a resume that lists a job and one that proves impact.

That combination is the whole point of Moore.: I understand both the human side of a career change and the practical, competitive reality of getting hired.

Who I work with

If your career has been a straight line, great — I can still make it sharper. But I especially love working with people whose path hasn't been linear: career changers, people returning after a gap, folks who've been underselling themselves for years without realizing it. There's no story too messy and no gap that needs to be hidden. My job is to help you own it, frame it, and walk into the room like you belong there — because you do.
