Refund Policy

I put real time and expertise into every project from the moment we begin, which is why I don't offer refunds once work has started.

Packages (Essentials, Standard, Premium)
Once your intake session is complete and I've begun work on your resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile, that service is considered rendered and is non-refundable. This includes work in progress, drafts, and completed deliverables.

Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. These are part of the service and are not eligible for separate refund or credit.

Hourly Consulting
Consulting sessions are billed for time reserved and are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an appointment (strategy call, interview prep, or consulting session), I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice will be subject to the full session fee ($125/hour).

If you have questions about which package is right for you, I'm happy to talk it through beforehand — reach out anytime before purchasing. Once a service is purchased, that confirms you're ready to move forward.
